6. Enter the numbers for Life of Loan Years as 4, and the Payments per year as 12,
which are 1 payment per month.

7. Set the width of Column E to 2. Highlight the column E by placing your mouse
cursor on E and right click on the mouse. This will open a menu for you to select
Column Width… This will open the Column width receptor for you to enter 2, then
close this by clicking on the OK button.

Similarly set the width of Column G to 10.43 and Column H to 16.57.
