8. Click on Cell H5 to select it and then click inside the formula bar to enter this
equation: = D6 * D7 and press the Enter key of the keyboard. The * character tells
the computer to multiply and is found above the 8 key on your keyboard; you press
down and hold the shift key and then tap the 8 key to get the *. The computer will
automatically calculate the value of 48. This is 4 years x 12 payments/year which
equals a total of 48 payments.

9. Calculate Interest rate per month. Click on cell D9 to select it and then click
inside the formula bar to enter this formula: =D5/D7 and press the Enter key of
the keyboard. This will calculate the interest rate for one month.
