18. Back to cell B24. In this cell type =B23 + 1. This will increment the payments
sequentially.

19. Select cell C24. In this cell type =H23. This will record the balance remaining in the loan
after the payment is made and begin the calculations for the next payment.
20. Select cell D24. In this cell type =D23. This will record the regular payment amount for the
period. In a fully amortized loan this amount doesn’t change for the life of the loan.
21. Select cell F24. In this cell type =Interest_Rate_Period * C24 and press the Enter key.
This will record the interest charged for this payment.
