8. Center the column headings. With your mouse cursor select row 22 and right mouse click. This
will highlight the entire row. Next to the Alignment icons and select the Center as illustrated.

Now you will write in the instructions for the spreadsheet to follow for the Loan Payment Schedule
Report.
9. Select location B23 with your mouse and type the number 1. This is for the first payment of the loan.

10. Select location C23 and type =Loan_Amount. This is the label you gave D4. Note that as
you type the software will open a menu list with Loan_Amount first. You may select with
your mouse cursor the first item, Loan_Amount, or continue typing in this label. Your
typing MUST BE ACCURATE. When completed the computer will fill this cell with the value
of D4. In this example $25,000.
