compartmentalizes right acting, legal acting, moral acting and their constructs.
Because some act is legal it may not be moral or right. Truly successful business
people do right acts when acts that are legal may be wrong.

Ethicists endeavor to describe ethics in terms of man being the center of his Man chooses to disobey

How Does a Manager Make Ethical Decisions?
Ethics teachers and consultants say that “making an ethical decision is not so much
a matter of knowing right from wrong as it is of knowing what pressures will be faced
in specific situations.” Now that is a real bit of nonsense. What this quote means is
anything is OK until you are caught. Remember the boy who got hung and bit his
mother’s ear off? He did get caught! Do you slow down on the Interstate when you
            see a police car?
Employees and managers are more likely to make decisions they consider ethical
when they are aware of their values and their corporation’s values—which is a moral
sense. Many companies have set up workshops where employees can simulate their
responses to specific situations and determine what they can do to make more ethical
decisions. Moral values and corporate values come from the same source; they mean
the same thing and express the same outcomes.
